    Jean-François Dodin has more than 24 years of experience in portfolio, asset and real estate investment management. He worked for a number of years in investment banking for National Bank Financial as well as with the acquisitions group of CDP Capital - Conseil Immobilier Inc., a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec. Mr. Dodin was actively involved in real estate asset and portfolio management for SITQ, a CDPQ investment fund. He holds a Master's degree in Finance from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree from HEC with Mercure distinction.

    Luc Dumont has over 30 years of experience in operations management. He worked several years in the restaurant, hotel and food services industry with companies such as Hôtels Gouverneur, Compass Group and Sodexo. Over the past ten years, he has developed his expertise in the retirement home environment as Regional Director of Operations and Senior Director of Operations, notably for Chartwell and more recently with Horizon residence management. He has a diploma in Hotel Management from Lasalle College and also enhanced his knowledge through various training including sales, business relationship management and coaching. He also detains a certification in Facility Management.

Her expertise in several companies and her knowledge of residences make her a valuable asset.

    Denis Perillo has over 43 years of experience in the restaurant industry. A graduate of the Nice Technical and Hotel School in France, he holds a certification from the Institut de tourisme et Hôtellerie du Québec, as well as a diploma in celiac food management since 2016. He has worked in the hotel industry for the Barrière Group and in restaurants such as the Doyen in Paris and the Saint Quentin in London. Originally from France, Denis has been living in Canada for 29 years, where he managed the kitchens of La Rapière restaurant for 12 years. Holder of several culinary awards and recognitions he was recognized by his peers in 1998 and joined the Culinary Academy of France, Canada section. For more than 13 years, he has been working in senior residences, including the Villagia de l'Île Pâton residence and more recently, at the corporate level of Horizon Gestion de résidences.
