    Residence Héritage Plateau is seeking a Maintenance Worker for the following position:


    • Part-time position, 3 days a week
    • Schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Salary: $20.31 per hour

    What you'll be doing:


    • Collaborate and contribute to the residence's maintenance activities in order to keep the residence's interior spaces safe and in good condition.
    • Respond to various service calls and provide excellent customer service with friendliness and professionalism
    • Carry out various repairs, apartment renovations and modifications (carpentry, electricity, plumbing, plastering, painting, flooring)
    • Perform periodic checks and routine adjustments to equipment (lighting, heating, air conditioning, elevators, smoke alarms, call bells, etc.).
    • In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, carry out daily building inspections, identify anomalies, diagnose problems and propose solutions.
    • In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, follow up on annual inspections
    • Perform seasonal work
    • In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, ensure that the facility meets health and safety standards, and take steps to prevent contamination.
    • Contribute to accident prevention and site safety, as well as monitoring the residence.

    What you need to work with us:


    • High school diploma
    • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
    • 1 year or more experience in building maintenance (asset)
    • Excellent physical condition (required)
    • Fluency in French (required)
    • Autonomy and initiative
    • Ability to deal with emergency situations, very versatile, team player
    • Driver's license (asset)
